About me…
With 20+ years of leadership experience in consulting, education and start-ups, I’ve had many of the same struggles you’ve had. After several career swerves, I’ve found my purpose in coaching, dedicating my time to helping others live fuller versions of themselves.
I focus on helping clients uncover their best insights rather than give them my advice. I am direct, but in a way my clients can hear and use. I hold my clients accountable to the changes they want to make. Most importantly, I laugh and have fun with them throughout.
Prior to coaching, I held positions on executive teams in roles that ranged from Director of Admissions to VP of Talent to VP of Operations. I have helped organizations drive key expansions, become premier companies in their spaces and grow customer demand, all while demonstrating inspirational people management. In all of my roles, I was known as “the leader to work for.”
Topics I often help clients with: clarifying vision and goals, identifying strengths and development areas through 360 reviews, creating growth plans, career transitions, increasing responsibilities at work, influencing in complex systems, identifying and reaching new goals, improving effectiveness at work, and being more deliberate with one’s life purpose.
